The Village at NEOMED

Signet developed a massive student and faculty housing project for the Northeast Ohio Medical University, which opened for occupancy for the fall 2013 semester.

South Residence Hall

This South Residence Hall represents the third residence hall developed by Signet for the University of Akron. The 139,509 square foot facility stands six stories high and is comprised of 531 beds.

Statesman Housing

Supporting Delta State University’s strategic plan for the growth of the University, the team of Signet delivered the first new on-campus student housing project in twenty-six years.

Summa Health Center at Lake Medina

This $25 Million, 88,555 square foot facility offers comprehensive outpatient services, a physician medical office building, and an ambulatory surgery center.

Crossbridge Behavioral Health Center

Signet worked with Baptist Health Hospital, the original operator of the facility, to create the vision for the project and improve senior inpatient psychiatric services in Montgomery County, Alabama and the surrounding region.

Jean and Milton Cooper Cancer Center

This state-of-the-art Oncology Center opened in the fall of 2008 and is the most advanced cancer treatment and patient care facility in the region.

Exchange Street Housing

The University of Akron was able to strengthen its Master Plan by creating a residential quad that heightened the visibility of the University and spurred a dramatic increase in student housing demand and new enrollment.

Honors Student Housing

The Honors facility was constructed in the heart of University of Akron’s main campus. The design required the incorporation of an existing residence hall and an architectural presence be fitting its prominent location.

Canal Park Stadium

When the Akron/Canton area was faced with losing its Cleveland Indians AA affiliate to Boston due to poor facilities, Signet constructed a plan to keep the team in the area. Canal Park Stadium brought much needed revitalization to a previously blighted area of Downtown Akron.

Arena & Sports Complex Structure Parking Facilities

The Arena Garage combines a 163,386 SF, 480-space parking garage with loading dock facilities for the sports arena in downtown Jacksonville.

Jacksonville Courthouse Parking Facility

The Downtown Jacksonville Courthouse Parking Garage project consisted of the development of a 1,376-space garage to service the new County Courthouse and its surrounding offices. The garage includes over 18,000 square feet of integrated retail and office space as well as extensive pedestrian amenities and enhanced streetscape.
