Executive Summary

In partnership with Marshall University, this project is a two-building facility that features a brand new School of Pharmacy and 280-beds of medical student housing. In total, the buildings consist of 158,000 square feet within 6 acres on the edge of Marshall’s campus.

Project Details

Signet serves as the owner and is responsible for all design, development, construction management, and financing. The project was financed utilizing a credit tenant lease structure, which provides the project with long-term, low-cost capital. The University manages the facility on behalf of Signet and provides all operational functions for the students and tenants.
