Supporting Delta State University’s strategic plan for the growth of the University, the team of Signet delivered the first new on-campus student housing project in twenty-six years.

The Village at NEOMED

Signet developed a massive student and faculty housing project for the Northeast Ohio Medical University, which opened for occupancy for the fall 2013 semester.

South Residence Hall

This South Residence Hall represents the third residence hall developed by Signet for the University of Akron. The 139,509 square foot facility stands six stories high and is comprised of 531 beds.

The NEW Center

The NEOMED Education & Wellness Center was constructed in partnership with Northeast Ohio Medical University and opened in September 2014.

Lobo Rainforest

In partnership with the University of New Mexico, the project will be a six-story, 158,000 square foot innovation hub featuring apartment style living located in close proximity to the University of New Mexico’s campus.

Infinity Hall

Signet Real Estate is redefining what it means to provide student housing in an atmosphere that cultivates research and innovation with the development of Infinity Hall, a 312-bed living learning community.

Honors Student Housing

The Honors facility was constructed in the heart of University of Akron’s main campus. The design required the incorporation of an existing residence hall and an architectural presence be fitting its prominent location.

Exchange Street Housing

The University of Akron was able to strengthen its Master Plan by creating a residential quad that heightened the visibility of the University and spurred a dramatic increase in student housing demand and new enrollment.

Deacon Place

Deacon Place is a collection of 10 Class-A garden style buildings located one block north of the north entrance to Wake Forest’s campus.
