Property Management Tom Fante

Tom brings a solid foundation in residential property management to his role, having managed as many as 1,000 units during his extensive seven-year career in the field. As Commercial Property Manager for Signet, he adeptly oversees both commercial and residential properties. In this role, Tom oversees all aspects of a property’s day-to-day operations including developing and directing staff, facility management, preventative maintenance, and tenant relations to optimize the property’s value and ensure financial goals are being met. Tom attended West Virginia University where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in criminology.
