Real Estate Development Aaron Brooker

As Director of Development for Signet’s Real Estate Development Group, Aaron manages multiple facets of new real estate development including site due diligence, design, project budgeting, cost control and project scheduling. Aaron is responsible for advancing and executing the development process from concept through occupancy in accordance with project schedule and budget. In addition to his extensive background in architecture, Aaron brings more than 12 years of real estate development experience to Signet.

Aaron holds a Bachelor and Masters of Architecture from Kent State University and has been a member of a municipal design review board for the past 5 years.
