The Emory Proton Treatment Center represents the latest proton therapy project managed by Signet. Uniquely positioned in an urban setting in Midtown Atlanta, this 115,000 square foot facility features five treatment rooms and treatment planning suites featuring an MRI and CT. This state-of-the-art facility redefines the patient experience with amenities that go far beyond integrated cancer treatment solutions. Located on Peachtree Street, adjacent to Emory Midtown hospital, the project includes street level retail, a structured parking facility and is within close proximity to the vast art and entertainment venues of Atlanta.

Project Details

As part of the development, Signet provided a full spectrum of development services to the project owner, Provident Resources Group, including land acquisition, entitlements, project and construction management and equipment installation coordination with Varian Medical Systems. The 115,000 square foot facility opened in December 2018.
